Mincka Engineering is an independent structural and mechanical asset integrity consultancy. We work on the fixed plant and heavy assets that keep Tier 1 mining operations running, and we sign for what we deliver.
Who we are
Founded in 2014, Mincka Engineering has grown from a single engagement into a trusted partner to some of the largest resources operators in Australia and beyond. We are deliberately specialised: structural and mechanical asset integrity, done properly, for assets where failure is not an option.
We are based in Perth, with offices in Melbourne and Barranquilla, and deliver work across Australia and into South America.
What we do
We inspect, design, review and monitor structural and mechanical assets. That spans condition inspection and integrity assessment, engineering design and certification, independent design review, and structural monitoring of assets in service.
We bring the latest data-capture and modelling technology to the work, so it lands faster, to a higher standard, and at better value for the operators who rely on it.
The principle
Every deliverable carries the signature of a registered engineer who is accountable for it. Our engineers are registered in the mechanical and structural disciplines in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria.
Accountability is not a line in a proposal. It is the reason a competent person reviews the work, and the reason a name goes on the page.
Leadership.
Founder and principal engineer. Sets the technical standard and signs for the work.
Leads the engineering team and the delivery of inspection, design and assessment.
Builds the AI and data pipelines behind Mincka's tools, monitoring and insights.
Runs finance, accounting and the commercial back office.
Keeps the practice running, from coordination to client administration.
